   1 This stub odbc32.dll is based on the WINE odbc32 implementation except ours doesnt work.
   2 Someone will need to import Unix-ODBC in to ReactOS CVS and merge it with this implemenation.
   3 I only created this because MFC depends on odbc32.dll
