  15 frobnicates the bar library by tweaking internal
  16 symbol tables. By default it parses all baz segments
  17 and rearranges them in reverse order by time for the

  19 linker to find them. The symdef entry is then compressed
  20 using the WBG (Whiz-Bang-Gizmo) algorithm.
  21 All files are processed in the order specified.
