modified   ke/i386/cpu.c
   Added CMPXCHG8B enabling/detection code for TransMeta, Centaur and Rise (source: <URL: http://www.geoffchappell.com/notes/windows/kernel/cpu/cx8.htm>). Code dead until each vendor will be officially supported
