- In the exported SHCreateDefaultContextMenu() and
IDataObject_Constructor() functions (called amongst others by
the exported CIDLData_CreateFromIDArray() function).
- In the exported SHCreateShellFolderView() function.
- In CDefView::GetItemObject(), where data was written to *ppvOut before
ppvOut was being checked for NULL.
