- Simplify w32knapi. It now always uses w32kdll.dll

- Simplify w32knapi. It now always uses w32kdll.dll
Copy the right dll into the same folder as w32knapi.exe (name must be w32kdll.dll) to make it work of different windows versions and ros of cause.
Tested on win xp.
